Droid Warranty

My droid turned off and would not turn back on. I still have the Manufacturers warranty on it, but I have no Idea how to submit it. Where do I find the form? Do I go inside the store? It is so hard to find a phone number to call regarding warranties! Help!

Very easy, grab your box, papers and most of all your receipt, then head straight to the store. This is of course that the phone is under 30 days old
