Online text messages

Why can't I view all of the number on my account with the online text messages? I think it is important for me to see what is going on with my kids. I am the owner and account holder. Verizon will only let me look at the online text messages from my line

We always want to see you be able to easily mange the account. The Account Owner can review the text recrods for the last 3 months but not the text content. If the users have Verizon Message+ there would have to be a separate login for each line registered at http://www.vzw.com/register. The Smart Family service can offer more options to view messages and activity on the other phones on the account. Visit http://www.vzw.com/smartfamily.
