Verizon Fios outages Falls Church, VA

I am experiencing Verizon Fios outages fairly frequently on weekdays between 8:00AM-10:00AM. These outages can be restored by resetting my ONT box, but it has become a nuisance to have these outages so frequently. Is anyone else experiencing this? For Verizon - Is there an explanation for this?
