Note 8 Deleted AOL emails keep returning

Hello,

We have a Note 8 phone and recently when deleting AOL emails from the Trash, they keep re-appearing.

I have cleared the app cache.

My only think I can guess is to uninstall the AOL app and reinstall it.

But I was hoping there is an easier method as we don't recall the password.

I would start with that. I use the samsung email app on my note 10 plus for my AOL mail and its not doing that so could very well be the AOL app.

Hi, there! We can understand why this issue would be frustrating. Regrettably, the next step would be to uninstall the application, and reinstall it to see if that clears the issue. Keep us posted on your results.

sorry, please let me know if i understood ur problem correctly.

so you have AOL app, and within the app you deleted an email, then completely removed it from the trash but it reappears??
