Why is it I cannot see archived voicemails within the Voicemail app? I used the samsung smart switch app and went from a S7 to a S20 FE. The switch created a VisualVoiceMail folder on the new phone with all my archived voicemails. Yet when I try to access them by selecting the Archive at the bottom within the app, they do not appear. Am I missing something?
