My grandsons's phone froze this morning. The screen was non responsive to anything. It wouldn't charge or do ANYTHING! He let the phone sit and after many hours the battery died. Now its dead and won't charge. Help!!
Hello. The best recommendation that can be made, would be to factory reset the device via the powered off position by either connecting the device to a computer or by holding the volume down and power button. TaylorH_VZW
