I was using my phone for some internet activity. Suddenly it froze up. I tried pressing the start/reset button but it never got to that screen. It has been looping between the Google screen and no (black) screen for hours. I have tried the start screen button numerous times. No way to restart the phone. If I could access the battery I am sure removing it would solve the problem - but, of course, no way to access the battery.
