My child's watch is saying message memory full, old messages will be deleted after 30 days. The problem is that she cannot view any incoming messages at all. How do I Manually delete the old messages off of her watch?
Deleting messages should be simple. Allow us to provide you with the steps to delete messages via GizmoHub app. Open the app > tap messages icon > tap menu (3 dots) > tap delete all messages.
This is an erroneous answer. This deletes ONLY the messages between the watch and the phone, it doesnt delete other messages on the watch between two Gizmo watch owners.
Please provide a solution to this. I tried removing the Gizmo buddy and re-adding the buddy and the messages are still there!
