Verizon or Galaxy s10e issue or Norton 360 issue?

This morning, I found my phone in Safe Mode and Airplane mode. Plus, the screen was missing all but a few app icons.

There was a notification about having to update Norton 360 so I don't know if that caused everything to be wiped off my screens.

Any ideas?
