My arlo go camera is offline and I don't know how to get it up & running again. This happened 2 days ago. It's been working fine for a long time
Hergrower, making sure my cameras are operating properly is vital. I will be more than happy to assist. Please share with me some details on what happens when you restart the Arlo go camera? Also, confirm for me have you notice this after anything new has been done like a software update?
I'm having the same problem. My camera was working fine and then went offline. We charged the battery and tried syncing and it won't work. We removed the device from the Arlo App and tried to add back the device but it wont work. The Arlo continually blinks blue. When I press the sync button on top, it doesn't do anything so I can't move on to any other steps. The other night, it randomly started blinking Orange. I re-charged and it's back to continually blinking blue.
