Do Not Disturb not working

I have a Samsung Galaxy S10E. I receive calls while listening to my music app via bluetooth, even though I have Do Not Disturb on.

My settings on the Do Not Disturb Screen:

Do Not Disturb: toggled on

Add schedule: none

Exceptions:

Calls, messages, and conversations: None

Alarms and sounds: Alarms and media

Apps: Calendar

I have tried various 'fixes', to no avail.

So annoying!

TazM, we appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. We want to make sure that we can do everything we can to help stop your device from ringing while listening to music via Bluetooth. To ensure that we're on the same page, what is the music application you are using while the issue occurs? Also, does the phone ring when listening to music without Bluetooth as well?
