Can you please advise on how to resync? I follow the instructions after downloading the app on both devices, and scan the QR code, but the sync is inconsistent - only working when app is open AND when the text is to/from someone in a previously downloaded thread. The 2nd device/tablet does NOT appear in the list of "connected devices" under my account/manage devices
