Issue with system notifications remaining on screen for 5 minutes or more

Hi, I'm having an issue with my new Samsung S21+. Ironically, I had same exact issue with previous phone which was an S10. This issue is that system notification remain on my screen for roughly 5 minutes. I can not swipe it or click it away. These notifications are like "alarm set for 10 minutes" "text converted to group message" "error: network error". How do I fix this? Im not hopefull seeing it did same thing on previous phone.

Hello, Androiduser1980. It is strange to hear of the notifications you're receiving, which were the same as with your previous phone. We do want to do everything in our hands to help. If you swipe down on the notification, you'll be able to see a gear for the settings icon. What application is shown when you select the gear? DavidR_VZW
