Kyocera Dura XV flip phone calls are going straight to voicemail. Spent 45 mins with a Verizon cust service rep and issue not corrected. I hope someone can help me. Thank you.

Yes. I have contacted Verizon support by phone and issue has not been resolved. A few days ago the support person said he would send it to Verizon network. ?? Someone should be able to resolve this issue. Thank you for your reply.
