no one can hear me when i call or answer calls

yesterday, suddenly something went wrong with my phone such that when i call or receive calls, i cannot hear the person calling and they cannot hear me. the little green phone that is typically in the upper left corner of the phone has turned blue. i am receiving texts, emails, etc just fine. would appreciate any help or ideas!

Pull the battery while the unit is on, wait a minute and power up, it should be fine then. Also make sure you did not mistakenly hit the Mute button. But I think the battery pull will work. That happened to me only once.

Try calling *228 and choose option 1.... You are not hitting the mute button inadvertently???

Also have you added any new apps??? If so, try deleting them individually and then make a call and see if there is an app conflict that may be causing the issue.

If none of this works call (from another phone) 800-922-0204 and choose option 3 from the menu tree (Tech support) and see if they have ideas.
