I cannot receive text messages from non-verizon customers, other carriers. I can send and they receive my text. I just do not receive their text messages
lmirelez, receive text messages from all carriers is crucial. I am sorry to learn you are having the trouble. Did you recently port in to us or change your phone?
I have the same issue. Did you get it fixed? If so, what is the fix?
