Cell Service bad in 45806 area

Talking to support they tried to get me to change my plan to resolve the issue. We used to be able to get 3 bars and now we are getting one to no bars in our area. Got a new 5g phone , but no 5g in the area yet. 4G has went away since 5G rollout. Please help
