The Smart Family companion app appears to be blocking my child’s ability to connect to the internet over wifi. If I turn off the wifi she’s fine on the data network, but when wifi is on nothing works. Please advise?

Obviously, yes, it’s paired. The vpn from the pairing is causing the problem.
