I have spent several hours trying to resolve this issue with Verizon. I'm more responding to Verizon reply to an earlier post about needing more information. The post was from 2018. Guess what they still doesn’t have an answer.
I have provided the sites, the phone numbers, the other Verizon customer doing this. There is nothing they can do. They only stop websites being accessed by minors.
Other mobile providers have features regarding harassing or spam features.
It's very discouraging for a company that I have been with for over 20 is going to make me switch companies over this.
Hours have been spent on this to only come to the end of the road. I don't want to say they don't care.. but when you have to look outside of your provider for help.. with all of today's technology... what does it say.
