Verizon Samsung 4G LTE Extender 2 no longer operational - VZW Issue

I'm having the same problem. Almost every day the lte extender goes offline.

I reset and it comes back up but I'm not sure what's going on.

Often you get 4 bars and it shows you are connected to the extender #48 also shows connected to the extender, but incoming calls and texts fail.

Turning off Wifi on iphone XR IOS 14.7.1 and then back on, sometimes reconnects, but the connectivity has been very unreliable.

Plain old wifi calling sometimes works well and othertimes fails, which is why we bought the extender for nearly $300.

Any suggestions Verizon?

I do understand your concerns regarding the Extender and your connection. You do want to turn off the Wifi Calling to ensure that your device remains connected to the Extender. What lights do you see on the Extender? -Al

scottOGD, I appreciate you providing the logs. I have to use a Network Extender when I visit my mom and I understand how vital it is to stay connected. The logs are showing it is losing connection with the modem and ISP. The first step is needing to verify the correct ports are unblocked/opened. For this, you will have to contact your Internet Provider. For the information on specific ports, you can find that here: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-25525/ The information is found under the section "4G LTE Network Extender 2 (sFemto-2)." I am confident once these are unblocked/opened your Network Extender will be able to stay connected. Does this help? -Santo
