I blocked a contact in my phone book. The number shows when they call, the phone don't ring and I haven't received texts.
Why does it show in my call logs on my phone when the blocked contact calls?

Blocking a phone number on your phone will still allow that caller to leave you a voice mail message. That is probably why it is listed in the recent calls unless the number just hasn't dropped off the recent call list.
