For most of my daily contacts I'm not able to send or receive text messages today. However, for some of them I am. So it is working in some cases. I cannot even send a text message to my own phone and receive it. It will not be sent. I have troubleshot all steps. I have updated the messages app. I have restarted my phone. Does anyone have ideas on what to do next?
