Phone activation

I don't remember the number to dial when I first go to activae my phone.  I just got it Fed Ex and I lost the piec of paper that had the # on it.  Does anyone know what it is.  I believe it's * something

Yes, the number you need to dial to activate the device is *228, send, option 1. Also, you can activate your device via MyVerizon by Signing into your account, looking under "I Want To" section, go under "Device" and choose "Activate A Device."
