I have been experiencing signal connections two days after getting my Samsjng Galaxy S21+ 5G.
I have done everything that was recommended. Today I went to my local verizon store to have my sim card replaced.
Yet I am still having the same issue.
We definitely understand the importance of your new phone working properly, and we can certainly try to assist you in finding out what is going on. To clarify, from what you are stating this issue was not happening with your previous phone, but is with the new one, is this correct?
Also, is talk, text, or data experiencing an issue, and are you also experiencing issues when connected to Wi-Fi and using Wi-Fi Calling?
