I did the trade in your old phone for $400 credit and upgraded my S8s. I'm not sure I did it correctly. when I was ordering the phones there was something to start a return (presumably for the old phones) but I was very confused on if I had to do that now so I did nothing as the support assistant I was chatting with had no idea. Now I need to get the 2 old phone in. Do I just go to the trade in section and how do I guarantee I get what I was told I would get. thank you
