I installed my broadband card on my laptop no problem. I wanted to install it on my desktop as well since I need to have my laptop serviced. I get to the part where it checks for previous versions of VZAccess and then it freezes and won't install further. I have restarted my computer numerous times to try and fix this but it continues to do it. Is there any way to move past this screen or install it a different way? Thanks!
