Evidence that the 100$ trade was verified.

I am being told by the chat that because I paid for my phone in full when I bought it from Google, I cannot get my 100$ credit to my account? This is nonsense. Verizon knew that I did not owe on my phone when the trade in was processed. I want my 100$ credit, or I want my phone back.

Incredibly poor customer service. Hours wasted. Account Credit PLEASE!

Tried to send one reply to the private message. html error? Removed image and tried again:

Why limit messages to customer support?
