S22 Ultra, notifications issue

Strange notification issue here. Most notifications are just fine except for YouTube. Since I'm getting YouTube notifications on my other phone, it must be something going on with the S22 Ultra. But I've allowed notifications for absolutely everything in the drop-down menu. Does anybody have any thoughts about how to fix this?

Others online have had this issue; however, they have unlocked phones and just uninstall YouTube and reinstall. Since I bought this from Verizon, it's locked and I can't do that workaround.

Making sure that your notifications are working properly is key. Are you using the same Youtube account on both phones? Have you tried removing the app from your other phone to see if this is what is causing the notification issue on your new S22 Ultra?
