Bluetooth volume low on Kazuna e-talk phones

I had to replace an old 3G Kyocera phone with a Verizon Kazuna E=talk 4 G phone. Is there a way to adjust the input and output volumes of my bluetooth device. It was perfect on the old 3-G phone, but since switching the levels are not the same on the Kazuna phone.

Also, some Bluetooth devices have separate volume controls. We'd recommend checking the instruction from the Bluetooth device to see if that's an option, otherwise, you can adjust it on the phone itself.
