I shipped my trade in device back to Fort Worth and it has arrived as of today. However, it just hit me that I did not remember that my Galaxy S8+ had an SD Card installed and I'm afraid it contains photos and videos that I don't have backed up anywhere!! I am desperately trying to reach someone that receives the devices and see if they could just pull the SD card and I will pay for the shipping to get it returned to me. Is there a way to contact someone at that facility?
