No Sound After 2.2 Update

So I did an OTA update to 2.2 last night. First, nothing worked. The touch screen, the buttons, nothing... Tech support walked me through a master reset. That made it work but now there is no sound for the notifications. The sound for everything else works though!! But when I get an email or any other notification there is no sound. The sound is turned on and the notification does have a ringtone.

 

Any suggestions?

On this issue we need to verify that all your notifications are enabled for the messages. 

To change your settings, touch Launcher icon

> Messaging > Menu , then touch:

 

To change your settings, touch Launcher icon> Messaging > Menu , then touch:

 

Messaging Settings to set the notification for each

account type (along with other preferences, for

email).

Once you have done this they should begin to arrive normally.
