I've read where other users had this problem when calling out. However, this is the message people are getting when they call me on my cell. I can't tell a call is coming in. I haven't changed any phone settings. I've restarted.

I just got this phone the other day and am not impressed.

I would be more than concerned if I was unable to receive my phone calls. My phone literally keeps my life in line and any calling issue would cause me so many headaches. I am here to help and we will get this figured out. What is your zip code? Has your phone received any calls since you activated it? Can you confirm if this is for a new line/account that ported in a number, or if it is an existing account?
