I am having a problem with my blackberry storm charging the battery. When I put it on the charger nothing happens. But The battery will charge in another storm. I have insurance so when i called i was told that the insurance would not cover if the port inside was damaged. I have insurance but was told if this was the problem the insurance would be cancelled. I dont know what to do since the phone is no good if it does not work and the insurance will not cover. I guess I need to cancel this phone and go with another company.
