I traded in my S20+ and just shipped it 2 days ago. I realized I never checked for an SD card or cleared it. Can someone re-route my shipment back to me, so I can check my phone & then mail it back? It has not been the 30 days yet.
Hello, Marlene2002. We are unable to intercept or return a trade in device once it has been shipped to us. If your phone had an SD Card, it would be safely destroyed at our warehouse.
