* We currently have a home phone connect 3G which is being discontinued. The replacement model suggested by Verizon has a poor rating. Anyone know a better device that will work on the Verizon network and has a good rating? Willing to switch provider for a better device that works well...

If you are looking for a basic phone, Verizon has the worst support for them. When my 3G phone goes dead I will probably switch to another carrier.
