How to enable Blocking of Premium SMS

Just had an incident with "Premium SMS" spam on another line. The customer service rep was nice and blocked premium sms on that account but when I try to log in and do it myself for this account I cannot find it anywhere! When I search verizon for it, it says it is under "Safe Guards" tab, but there is no such tab! Pulling my hear out here. Any help would be appreciated.

Just today the website for MyVerizon changed....so here's how to block Premium SMS as of today:

On the Overview page, scroll down to I want to: then under Plan, find Change Features. Under that, under additional services, is Service Blocks. That's where you'll be able to block Premium Messaging and a host of other things.
