When I try to text my son, I get an error stating "unsuccessful error code ntwk.res" . However, I can text everyone else. He can receive a text from me if I include him in a group text. How can I fix this issue.
I could text my son prior to the software update I performed this morning.
I fixed my issue by unsubscribing from Verizon's Family Smart Family. I can now send a personal text to my son.
Being able to send text to my children successfully is vital. I will be more than happy to assist. Please share with me has anything new been done to the device since you notice this issue (new app installed, software update, etc.)?
