I have set up restricted usage time online for my daughter's phone and set a list of accepted numbers. During the restricted usage time, my daughter is still able to send and receive messages on her iPhone. This is not acceptable, what is the fix?

Slim331, we definitely want you to have the right expectations in regard to Smart Family and Apple iPhones. Smart Family cannot block iMessages, however Apple iPhones offer the ability to turn off iMessage, so the user can solely use text messages. Which will allow the block feature to happen on standard SMS text messages.
