Strange numbers via text

Going thru our bill for last month and see SEVERAL numbers like this,

482-033-0000, 624-005-0000, 918-085-0000

And several more with all zeros at the end, also, a daily text pic message from short code 48233, and I can’t find any information……

any one help me?…

These same numbers show up every day, sometimes 2-3 times a day as incoming texts only on my logs too. Has anyone figured out what they are?
