I migrated from prepay to postpay last week. Ever since, I have been unable to login or register with verizon. This means that I am unable to setup autopay or view my plan. When I attempt to register, it says that my phone number is already registered. I can use my phone number and prepay password to login, but after it accepts the user/password, it says there is an error connecting to MyPrepay. Which is correct, because that account has been deleted since migrating to postpay. The problem is that it somehow is still linking my phone number to the prepay side.
