My wife and I are traveling and set up a travel pass. It is working for me, but not my wife. We both have s22 phones, and the verizon international webpage shows the pass is activated for both our numbers.
We've checked settings and it all seems to be the same. The pass activated for me when our plane arrived but for my wife's phone only shows roaming(no 4g) and did not receive the text message from travel pass saying it was activated. She only got a text saying that roaming cost $ per text
