Has anyone received OS update to Android 13 yet for Galaxy S21+?

My wife's S21+ (a locked device) received the update about two weeks ago. Now running One UI 5.0 and Android 13. Her phone received the update OTA and installed without any issues.

My S21 Ultra 5G (also locked), has NOT yet received the update, and believe me, I've been checking daily.

Verizon Customer Service people keep saying it's Samsung. Samsung says they have already issued the update, and that Verizon is the one holding up the show....

Verizon's rollout is the usual inexplicable nonsense....can never tell when any phone on their network is actually going to be updated.
