I am trying to add a temporary code for a pet sitter to use and I keep getting a message saying that says "Unable to process request. Please try again later."
I have the Deadbold Keypad lock BE369-619
Any suggestions?
Someone must have read my post. Today I was able to change the code. Problem resolved.
Tried again today. Same error message. The lock is working aside from this issues. It is even sending text notifications each time it is activated.
