I saw all the negative items on this forum, but bought anyways thinking it was a few complains out of numerous people that have the system. However, if my camera can't reliably record motion on demand, I am about ready to send it all back.
If a service is not ready to release, don't.
I hate paying all this with a promise that it will get better.
It has been buggy from the start, not to mention the cameras are only capable of half of what they can do if you simply type their IP address into a browser.
I already have phone, TV, and internet and pay 250 a month.
Verizon you must do better that this with xfinity about to launch their service and the fact they send me mail to add their service almost weekly.
Fix it.
