Preceding msg modified - What do I do about this?

I am enjoying my first week of the fascinate but must have something set wrong on my texting....I get a txt saying "Preceding msg modified, Media objects were removed" when some people send me a txt. I still seem to get their txt...do I need to change a setting in my phone? If so...how??? I can't seem to figure this one out.

No, that msg usually pops up when a long text is sent that needs to be split (longer than 160 char) some text clients send these as MMS and your phone "removes" the non-existent media.

I have this same problem and then the person that sends me the text gets a message sent to them that says......FWD: Message Delivered to xxx-xxx-xxxx as plain text. Destination does not support enhanced messaging service.

Anything I can do to fix this???? Very annoying!

Tell them to stop sending you such long texts, if they have that much to say, they should just call you.
