SMS notification in home control

I get text messages but is there a limit?... Cuz after a while i would stop getting messages... But online it shows the notification but NOT on my texts. I would start getting the SMS notifications several hours later.... Do you know why?

This exact thing happens to me. Not consistent at all. The tech support is worthless. Asked me if I have signal on my phone. I thought they were joking. Even for $10 a month this is a waste.
