I need Internet Explorer to use my employers website. Is there a way to download that?
Try to see if there is an app in the market to download it.
What browser comes with the Droid X?
As far as I know, it's just the Android WebKit browser, based on FireFox I think, but I could be wrong. As for IE, I doubt very much as that would be available, as M$ has that browser tied deep into Windows.

I have tried out all those above. For more info on Steel see HERE. Dolphin Browser is like firefox. Similiar layout and features. The only thing I did not like about Dolphin Browser was the fact that it was a big app that took up more space on my phone. I got rid of that. Opera Mini worked fine, but then Opera Mini 5 Beta was released. I liked the layout and features on that one better. So that is what I use sometimes as a browser
