Here is the deal. We upgraded our internet speed to Quantum FIOS. I have also upgraded the Home Monitoring Application on my cell phone. Since then, I have not been able to view the camera. It will eventually bring up a snap shot, but I can not get the live feed to work. I tried to troubleshoot it on the computer and nothing works on Verizon's website! It keeps taking me back to the same page...the "fix it" page! On the cell phone app, it tells me that the camera is "offline". I hit "troubleshoot" and it finally brings it up, but when I click on it, it still tells me that it is offline and to try again later! Yet, I'm looking at the camera RIGHT NOW...and both green lights are ON!! Is anyone else having this issue? I was going to get a motion camera, due to having two dogs in the hourse and needing to keep an eye on them. Then, when I try to back out of the Application, the error message I get is "Unable to retrieve your WiFi signal strength, please click Troubleshoot to continue". **bleep**? It is obvious that I am not the only one who is having trouble with Home Monitoring, but I'm ready to send this back, hopefully get my money back for it and go with a home monitoring service. Other than that issue, I love Verizon Fios because the television is so much clearer, interent is great for my online schooling and the phone sounds exceptional when a call comes in. It's just the home monitoring that I am having issues with. Can you please take a look into this? Thank you.
