Still frame works, but streaming errors after Java loads. Tried several browsers, no luck. Anyone else experiencing this?
I just tested mine and got the same error. I know I've done 2 or three Java updates since the last time I tried to view the streaming video using a browsers (I mainly use my iPhone). Best to call Verizon Tech Support to report the issue. The more calls they get, the faster (you would think) they will address the issue.
And streaming is working on my IOS devices.
Here is the error detail:

Yes, it's still working on my iPhone which is my primary viewing device. I am sure it's a Java error, as I too installed the latest some time within the past 2 weeks
I just tried on another on another computer which has not had its Java updated and the streaming is working. That computer is running Version 7 Update 45 of Java.
The computer where the streaming is not working is Version 7 Update 51 of Java.
I talked to Verizon and they are aware of the problem. But everyone should call to make it know that the issue is important to all.
Is this getting fixed anytime soon? It's been almost 3 weeks since this issue was reported. And Yes, I called it in too.
I'm including an external link to force a Verizon employee to view this post.

Shaenn, did u get your camera streaming again? ......Thx for posting that phone number, I'll be calling it in the morning. I hope everyone else reading this that had same problem does, too.
P.S. REMEMBER TO SET YOUR JAVA SECURITY BACK TO AT LEAST THE RECOMMENDED LEVEL AFTER VIEWING YOUR CAMERA'S STREAMING VIDEO.
Nope, still not working!
This is getting rediculous. This has been an issue since January, that's four months and for most of that time Verizon has been blaming Java for the problem. I suggest that everyone with VHM&C should demand a credit for the last four months and continue to demand a credit for every month that this problem goes unresolved. We don't all have smartphones or tablets to access the live streaming and even if we did, this should be working on a browser as well. And even if it starts working today, we should be credited for the past four months of service.
We are now in month 5 of a major feature of VHM&C not working. This would take a Java programmer 10 minutes to fix.
If the plan is for all the remaining VHM&C users to drop their service so the division can be closed, fine, so be it. JUST GIVE US THE USERNAME & PASSWORDS FOR THE CAMERAS. Then we can take our equipment and move on to another system, one that works.
Now in month six (6) ! What is the delay in fixing this issue?
for an idea on how you can view the camera's streaming video in your browser, see this thread

also, any discussion concerning that thread should be posted in that thread, i believe...thx, good luck
