Changed my password

I have an LG Ally that the store set up for me. Due to some security issues, I changed my gmail password, so it cannot sync. I cannot find a way to change the password. Do I have to remove the account and then add it brand new?

It asks so many questions when you want to remove it, I got a bit nervous.

Go to Settings then there should be an accounts option, open it to find a list of your accounts with login info.

I have read your post and understand your concern with changing the password for your Gmail account. You will need to remove the account first and then you will have to add the account back. Once you completed, then you will be asked for the password. Here are the steps to removing your Gmail account.

From the Home screen, touch the applications tab (bottom of the screen).
Touch Settings.
Touch Accounts & sync.
Touch the account.
Touch Remove account.
Touch Remove account.
